Returns: Thank you for choosing The Gift Box If you’re not entirely satisfied with your product, please get in touch with us. We have a 7 day return policy. Kindly return the item to us within 7 days and we'll gladly initiate a refund or an exchange of the detective product. Terms of the 7 day return policy: Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. 1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 2. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are exempt from being returned: 1. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, confectionary. 2. intimate or sanitary goods. 3. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery Kindly provide your receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you about the status of your refund after the product has been inspected. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Delivery: Thank you for shopping at The Gift Box. All orders are processed and delivered within 4-7days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
